1. Acceptance of Terms

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 4.2 Withdrawals

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 63phl and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

11. Termination

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; or (d) any conduct that 63phl deems harmful to the Platform, other users, or 63phl's business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any funds held in your account may be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
